• that salvation is by grace
alone, through faith alone and by Christ
alone; it is a gift of God apart from
works: Salvation requires acceptance
of Christ's sacrificial death, repentance
toward God and a turning from one's
own way.
• that Jesus will catch up or
rapture true believers before the Great
Tribulation; in the personal, visible
and bodily return of Jesus Christ to
the earth; in the bodily resurrection
of the just to eternal abode in the
glory of God's presence; in the bodily
resurrection of the unbelievers to judgement
and everlasting punishment in the lake
of fire prepared for satan and all his
followers.
• in the plenary-verbal, inspiration
of the Word of God. The Bible is supreme
and final authority for faith and details
of life
• in the Holy Trinity of the
Godhead, existing as the Father, the
Son and the Holy Spirit. These three
personalities are one God having precisely
the same nature, attributes and perfection.
• in the divinity of Jesus Christ
and in His eternal existence as God.
He is fully God who became a man for
our sakes.
• in the Holy Spirit, the third
person of the Godhead, He convicts men
of sin, regenerates, baptizes, indwells,
seals and sets apart believers unto
a holy life; that He keeps and empowers
believers day by day; that He is the
teacher of the word of God and the Guide
for daily living.
• in all the gifts of the Holy
Spirit which Christ has given for the
building up of His Church. We recognize
God's sovereignty in the administration
of these gifts.
• that all men descended from
Adam whom God created (not evolved).
Through the sin of disobedience Adam
fell. Therefore, all men are corrupt
in body, soul and spirit. And all men
need redemption.
